Passy is nested on a plateau, a tiny village with wide expanses of rolling pastures for Charollais cattle. As you arrive at the house, across the street from the 13th century church, I will welcome you to make sure your stay is off to the best possible start.
Summers will find you enjoying a swim and a well-deserved rest by the pool, taking in the rejuvenating scenery. Taking a nap on the hammock or sipping a drink on the terrace while watching the kids play below. Or barbecuing those amazing Charollais steaks in the front yard, with its outdoor kitchen and dining area, in the shade of the large porch, open café style… Or trying your hand at a game of darts or the French pétanque with your friends and family, or even the neighbours!
In winter, cozy up to the woodstove and try these French recipes while enjoying a scenic view from the kitchen window, while your friends and family huddle around the table or at the kitchen bar, tasting local wines and cheeses. A true Burgundy experience!
